Glass Reactor With Metal Jacket Overview

The Glass Reactor With Metal Jacket blends a borosilicate glass reaction vessel with an external metal jacket to deliver enhanced thermal control without sacrificing visual access. The jacket allows circulation of heating or cooling fluids, enabling precise temperature regulation in exothermic or endothermic processes. Capacities typically range from 5 L to 200 L. Pressures up to about 1 bar and temperatures from –50 °C to +200 °C are supported. Common wetted materials include glass, PTFE, and stainless steel.
