Commissioned on 18 December 2021 in Kotambi, Vadodara (Gujarat), the Kotambi Plant marks a major step in our growth as one of India’s leading manufacturers of scientific and process glass equipment. Designed as a modern, eco-efficient manufacturing hub, the facility strengthens our commitment to quality, innovation, and global standards.
Equipped with state-of-the-art glassblowing, fabrication, assembly, and testing infrastructure, the Kotambi Plant supports end-to-end production of high-performance scientific glass systems—ranging from lab-scale glassware to full pilot plant solutions. The facility operates with advanced safety systems, streamlined workflows, and internationally compliant quality practices (ISO 9001:2015).
Our production capabilities include Glass Reactors (1L–500L), Distillation Units, Pilot Plants, Rotary & Film Evaporators, HCl Gas Generators, Scrubbers, Acid Recovery Systems (Bromine, Nitric, Sulphuric), Stainless Steel Reactors, TCUs, and custom-designed lab glassware.

The manufacturing plant in Bharuch, Gujarat, serves as our primary facility for producing glassware, which is our specialty since 60 years and a hallmark of recognition. Supported by our team of skilled glass blowers, advanced annealing equipment and in house calibration lab with automated calibration system we guarantee the delivery of superior lab glassware, adhering to the highest quality standards for our esteemed customers.
Our Pune facility specializes in the production of laboratory equipment and lab process systems. We cover every aspect from research and development to design, manufacturing, and rigorous quality testing. Supported by our in-house application lab, we simulate real-world conditions to enhance the speed, efficiency, and productivity of laboratory operations. Through meticulous fine-tuning, we ensure that our lab equipment and reactor systems deliver optimal performance to meet the demands of our customers.
At our Nashik facility, we manufacture pharmaceutical primary packaging Glass Vials and Ampoules over 29 years. Equipped with a state-of-the art manufacturing equipment, online camera inspection system, quality testing lab featuring advanced instruments and comprehensive documentation support for drug product registration including the extractable data, we ensure to deliver the best quality glass vials and ampoules to our customer.
Our acquired company Goel Scientific Glassworks ltd, located in Baroda, operates a manufacturing plant focused on industrial process reactors and intricate large glass articles. History & Milestones
Developed the unique XTRONG range of glass equipment, which possess a tightening strength as high as 3 times than earlier conventional ones and thus almost eliminated leakage and breakage problems while tightening.
Introduced Glass Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger in Indian market for the first time.
Started “Process Plant Division” for the development of new products for catering to the needs of borosicilate glass equipments users. The process plant division is committed to the development of newer equipment tailor made to suit the user industry requirement.
Started manufacturing Spherical Vessels from an entirely new technique first time in the country, placing us in line with other overseas manufactures of these size vessels.
Developed a 300 Ltr. Spherical Vessel.
800 DN pipe section manufactured for the first time in India.
