Compact benchtop lab reactor for small-scale laboratory applications.
The Benchtop Lab Reactor is a compact, bench-scale glass reaction system engineered for chemical research and small batch synthesis. It supports single-, double-, or triple-wall configurations, enabling heating, cooling, and insulated operation. It is optimized for use under fume hood conditions, with a robust support frame, quick-release clamps, and compatibility with overhead stirrers and vacuum or reflux attachments. The equipment is designed for flexibility and modularity in lab environments.
• Temperature range: –50 °C to +180 °C
• Pressure range: full vacuum to 0.5 bar positive
• Volume range: 100 mL – 10 L
• Stirring: overhead drive, variable speed (40–400 rpm)
• Materials: Schott Duran glass, PTFE / Viton / FFKM seals, stainless support structure
• Design features: flush-bottom discharge, low-dead-volume connections, interchangeable stirring elements
• Options: jacketed cooling/heating, vacuum pump, temperature sensors, additional ports for sampling or addition
• Lab-scale chemical synthesis and method development
• Vacuum, reflux, or inert-atmosphere reactions
• Teaching, pilot testing, and small production batches
• Integration with condensers, feed systems, or downstream units
• Reaction screening, optimization, or scale-down of larger processes
The benchtop reactor enables high accessibility and ease of operation in constrained research environments.
