Essential Oil Distillers Overview
The Essential Oil Distillers are specialized glass units designed to extract volatile aromatic compounds from botanical materials via steam or vacuum distillation. Offered in capacities such as 10 L, 20 L, 50 L, 100 L, and 200 L, these systems maintain high purity and efficiency by separating volatile oils while leaving behind non-volatile residues. In steam mode, water is boiled in a separate vessel, and steam passes through the plant mass, carrying volatile vapors to the condenser. In vacuum mode, reduced pressure lowers boiling points, preserving thermally sensitive compounds. The modular design supports easy integration of condensers, receivers, and feed systems.
