Key Features
- Liquid-liquid extraction capability
- High efficiency separation
- Borosilicate glass construction
- Automated control systems
Specialized liquid-liquid extraction unit for efficient separation processes.
The Liquid-Liquid Extraction Unit is designed for semi-batch solvent extraction operation, where the feed liquid and solvent are contacted in an extraction vessel and then separated by phase partitioning. The system incorporates a reboiler, condenser, reflux divider, feed piping with valves, and an extraction column or vessel for countercurrent contact. Offered in sizes of 20 L, 50 L, 100 L, 200 L, and 300 L under atmospheric pressure operation, it allows controlled solvent circulation, phase contact, and regeneration. The design supports efficient solvent reuse and minimal solvent loss.
