Mr. Swapnil Walunj holds a degree in Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from University of Mumbai and has completed MBA in Marketing from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
Mr. Swapnil Walunj has a 20 years experience of delivering transformational change across complete business operations; managed functions including Marketing & Sales, Commercial Operations, New Product Development, M&A deals, Stakeholder Management, P&L/Budgeting, Business Development and People Management.
Prior to joining Borosil Group in 2019, he worked in organisations like Tata Power and Siemens Ltd.
2. ANUPA RAJIV SAHNEY
Mrs. Anupa Sahney is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), has a strong academic interest in Indian Art History. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Harvard South Asia Institute, Harvard School of Public Health – India Research Centre and the BALCO Medical Centre.
Mrs. Anupa Sahney is the founder of Origami Consultants, a small specialized consulting company focusing on change management and strategic advisory work. She started her consulting career with McKinsey& Co in 1993 and then moved on to do advisory and entry strategy work for international companies such as AIG and Capital One.
3. MAHESH MITHALAL DOSHI
Mr. Mahesh Mithalal Doshi is having a vast experience of more than 36 years in the field of Finance in various industries viz. Garments Industry, textile and engineering industrial sector and Glass Industry.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds degree in Commerce. He also serves as Director on the Board of TopGrain Corporate Service Private Limited. He also acts as partner in one of the prominent Chartered Accountancy firm.
4. VINAYAK PATANKAR MADHUKAR
Mr. Vinayak Patankar holds a degree in Master of Science – Physical Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and Has Completed Executive MBA in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
Mr. Patankar has a proven record of accomplishment during his 31 years of enriched career dedicated to continuous business improvement focused on enhancing revenue and streamlining business operations. He has diverse experience in business analysis, operations management, and proven C-suite experience across a number of geographies.
5. JEEVAN KUMAR DOGRA
Mr. Jeevan Kumar Dogra holds a degree in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from University of Punjab and has completed Executive MBA in Operations from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
He has a vast experience of around 29 years in the operation team. Before joining Borosil group, he was working with Asahi India Glass Limited.
6. Rajeshkumar vimalkumar agrawal
Mr. Rajeshkumar Agrawal had done his graduation in Commerce from Gujarat University. He has a vast experience of 27 years of experience in the field of Finance, Taxation, and Corporate Accounts. Before joining the Borosil group, he was working with Agrawal Builders.
